Dr. Rader's program brochure is a tri-fold and can

be viewed and printed in both PDF and HTML formats.

PDF

To view our brochure in PDF format, you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader.  This is free software that is most likely already installed on your computer.  However, if you do not have it, you can download Acrobat Reader here.

HTML

You don't need any special software to view our brochure in HTML format, but in order to print it, you will need to make some changes to Page Setup in your browser (see instructions below).

Before printing the HTML version of our brochure, make the following changes to Page Setup in Internet Explorer (steps should be similar in other browsers):

1. Select "File / Page Setup..." from the Internet Explorer menu bar.
2. Set the left, right, top, and bottom margins to .25 inches (or as small as you can get them)
3. Make sure that the 'header' and 'footer' text is blank
4. Set to 'Landscape' orientation

Print the outside of the brochure, then reverse the printed page in your printer and print the inside of the brochure on the opposite side.
